  • Do you offer mail-order service?

    We Absolutely do! We offer mail-order marijuana services in all Canadian Provinces and Territories.

  • Is there a shipping fee?

    Shipping is free for any order $150 and above. There is a $20 shipping fee on orders under that amount. We also offer priority shipping service for an additional $15

  • Which Areas do You Deliver to?

    We deliver to Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Maple, Woodbridge, Kleinburg, Concord, Thornhill and some North York areas.

    Please note that we only deliver to residential addresses and not parks, plazas etc.

  • What is the Minimum Order?

    Our minimum order is dependent on where you are. In majority of Vaughan and Richmond Hill it is 70$. If you order between 70$-100$, you will be charged a 10$ delivery fee. If your order is over 100$ – your delivery will be free.

  • How do I Place an Order?

    You can place an order by adding your products to the cart on the website. If you are a first time customer, we will require you to send proof of age, so make sure the phone number you write down is valid.

    Alternatively, text us your exact order, a selfie of you holding your ID and a delivery address to 647-378-2699 to place your order

  • Is There a Delivery Fee?

    Depending on the area you are in, but typically there is no delivery fee for orders over 100$. There is a 10$ delivery fee for orders between 70$ and 100$.

  • How Soon Will I Receive My Order?

    If you place a same-day delivery order, you will receive your order the same day if placed during regular business hours. When your order is placed, we will send you a text message with confirmation. We will notify you when the driver is close to delivering your order.

    If you place a mail-order, the order can take between 1-5 days, depending on the region you are ordering from.

  • Why do you Need my ID?

    We need to see your ID for age verification. You are more than welcome to white out sensitive information on your ID, but please leave the photo, the DOB, the address as well as the expiry date when uploading the image during Sign Up.

  • Why do you Need my Phone Number?

    We need your phone number to follow up about your order and send all neccesary updates via text message.

  • Do you do pick ups?

    Unfortunately, we only offer residential delivery at this time.

  • What Methods of Payment do you Accept?

    We accept cash, e-transfers and credit cards for your convenience as methods of payment.

  • What are your Business Hours?

    We are open for same day delivery between Monday to Saturday between 10am and 8pm.
    Our mail-order service is open 24/7 for your convenience.
